It's been a busy summer!

It's been a non-stop six weeks...a wedding, a family trip to the Oregon Coast, a quick trip to New York, the Translucent Show at Bainbridge Arts and Crafts, fulfilling a large order for the Seattle Art Museum and finally the Bainbridge Island Studio Tour last week.  Phew!  They have all been amazing experiences! And I've been so grateful for them.  It's been an adventure!

Bainbridge Arts Gallery Show in July

Please join me in July for the show, "Translucent"  at Bainbridge Arts and Crafts.  On July 7th from 6-8 pm, I'll be joined by watercolor artists Mike Biskup and John Adams for our artists' reception. On July 22nd I will be sharing my techniques and insights about creating art.  I'll be debuting my new vessel series for the event.

Working in the studio...

I spend a lot of time working in my studio and thought you might enjoy seeing what it looks like.  The other day a friend came over and shot a few photos as I worked.

Heading to SAM

So happy to be finishing my order to the Seattle Art Museum Shop.  Many hours go into each order and I'm particularly excited about this shipment.

We are headed to SAM!

Celebrating Pratt

Every year I am delighted to contribute to and celebrate Pratt Fine Arts Center in Seattle.  The event takes place at Bell Harbor Conference Center in Seattle and will be held on the evening of April 30th.  If you'd like to join me, tickets can be purchased at www.pratt.org

This is the 17" bowl I donated this year to the Pratt auction.
